Single Axle Slickline Truck (SLT30)

Chassis

Our traditional chassis features the International 4400 Series with a 300 HP Navistar DT 466 diesel engine; but if you need or just want another manufacturer's truck or series, just let us know and we can work out all the details with you. We can build everything from light-duty to heavy-duty and everything between. Body Construction - The body is designed with interlocking aluminum or you have the option of using fiberglass reinforced technology. The cabin is foam insulated to reduce and virtually eliminate noise and vibration.

Storage

We include integrated, lockable storage for more than 50 pin or box tools up to 60" long. There are racks available for dozens of sinker bars bailers and tools up to 8 feet long. Onboard storage for 60 feet of lubricator pipe is within easy reach. Rugged tool boxes with full length ball bearing glides give easy accessibility to hand and power tools. Our optional storage bumper has room for your wirevalve or methane injector.

Drawworks

All of our units feature hydrostatic direct drive winches. These systems are virtually backlash and maintenance free. There are no chains with the accompanying backlash, tensioning and lubrication issues. All of our hydraulics are electromechanically controlled, or fly by wire. The controls are precise and non-fatiguing.

Safety

Our easily mastered controls make line motion due to operator error less likely. The braking system gives positive control of line motion under all conditions, including drive or control failure.

MEASURING

Measuring System - We traditionally install a Kerr Measuring System with all our trucks, but we can and will install any system of your preference.

Comfort

Our climate control systems are suitable for use in arctic to desert climes. A high tech sound system, extended range cell phone, GPS, microwave oven, coffee maker are just some of the options that will increase comfort and productivity.
